Thursday, August 12^th, 2010 – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 14^th, 2010 – 5:00 p.m.

Classes 1-6 & 9 will be held on Tuesday, August 10th at 6:00 p.m.
Classes 7-8 & 10-14 will be held on Thursday, August 12th at 6:00 p.m.
Classes 15-20 will be held on Saturday, August 14th at 5:00 p.m.

• Everyone must pre-register for the Baby Show.  Pre-registration may be done by mailing in a registration form before WEDNESDAY, August 4, 2010.  Otherwise, contestants may be pre-registered on SUNDAY, AUGUST 8, 2010 at the GreenBank Pavilion from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.  No exceptions will be allowed.
• The Greene County Fair is not responsible for entry forms that may be lost in the mail.  It is your responsibility to check with the directors of the Baby Show to verify that your entry form was received and accepted.
• Entry Fee for Baby Show will be $12.00 per Contestant.
• There will be five (5) places in each division (Winner and four runner- ups).  Also, an Award for the Friendliest Baby in each Class.
• Contestants will wear Casual Clothing of their Choice – Absolutely NO Pageant Wear Will Be Allowed!  Failure to follow these guidelines will result in disqualification.  
• Contestant is only judged on CUTENESS (Not Clothing).
• Friendliest Baby will be judged on the Baby Smiling/Laughing the most while in Line-Up in front of the judges on stage.
• Everyone needs to bring proof the day of the baby show:
     (a) That they live in Greene County (Driver's License, etc.) and (b) Birth Certificate of Contestant. (These will only be asked for if anyone questions the age and says they should be in another class).
• There will be no waiting on contestants.  If the contestant is not there for the line-up the show will go on. (NO REFUNDS will be given.)
• There will only be 25 contestants per division.
• All winners (including the Friendliest Baby in each class) will be asked to stay for group pictures.
• ALL ENTRIES for the Baby Show in Classes 1-6 & Class 9 need to be ready for Line-Up at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10^th beside the GreenBank Pavilion Stage.  ALL ENTRIES for Classes 7-8 & Classes 10-14 need to be ready for Line-Up at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 12th.  ALL ENTRIES for Classes 15-20 need to be ready for Line-Up at 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, August 14th.
