RULES AND REGULATIONS
1)
All exhibitors must be bona fide 4-H Club Members of Greene County; 4-H ages
are 4th grade through 12th grade as of January 1st of the current year.
2)
Only one entry can be made by a person in any one lot.
3)
Only things listed in the catalog will be entered in the fair.
4)
Entries must be made or grown by exhibitor within the past year.
5)
Prize money and ribbons will be awarded on quality of exhibits rather than
number of entries in each class.
6)
Non-perishable entries in this department will be accepted on Saturday, July
26, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m. This includes entries in the
following classes: Class 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 12. All perishable entries
will be accepted on Saturday, August 2, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.
This includes entries in the following classes: Class 2, 8, 9, 10, & 11.
All premium checks void after sixty (60) days.

The Greene County Fair will present Special Participation Awards to the top
three (3) exhibitors who have the greatest total number of entries in the
4-H Exhibit Building.
1. Any 4-Her in Greene County is eligible for competition.
2. All entries must be quality exhibits.
3. The top three (3) exhibitors will be recognized with cash prizes.
