RULES AND REGULATIONS
1) All exhibitors must be bona fide 4-H Club Members of Greene County; 4-H eligibility is 4th grade through 12th grade as of January 1, 2017.
2) Only one entry per person in any one lot.
3) Accepted items are only those listed in the current catalog.
4) Entries must be made or grown by exhibitor after September 1, 2016.
5) Prize money and ribbons awarded on quality of exhibits.
6) Non-perishable entries in this department accepted on Saturday, July 29, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. This includes entries in the following classes: Class 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 12. All perishable entries accepted on Saturday, August 5 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. This includes entries in the following classes: Class 2, 8, 9, 10, & 11.

All premium checks void after sixty (60) days.

Exhibit space is limited. Interested participants need to contact the 4-H Office (798-1710) by Friday, July 28, to reserve a space. Booth space will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Tri-Fold Science Board is to be used.

1. Foods must be made by 4-Hers entering exhibit.
2. Each Entry must be made from scratch. (min. 5 ingredients)
3. Recipe must accompany each entry. (neatly written or typed on 3x5 or 4x6 card)
4. All entries must be on white plate (paper or plastic) and in a clear zip closed bag.

RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Entries must have been photographed by the exhibitor.
2. Entries must be color prints, unless noted.
3. Prints must measure either 4x6 or 5x7.
4. Each print must be neatly mounted on white, black or cream colored mounting board with a 1 inch border. Entries will be displayed using adhesive backed velco fasteners.
5. Exhibitor is limited to one entry per lot.
6. A Best of Show will be selected for each category.

CLASS 16 - 4-H SPECIAL PARTICIPATION AWARDS
The Greene County Fair will present Special Participation Awards to the top three (3) exhibitors who receive the most points from entries in the 4-H Exhibit Building.
1. Any 4-Her in Greene County is eligible for competition.
2. All entries must be quality exhibits.
3. The top three (3) exhibitors will be recognized with cash prizes.
Awards will be based on total points received:
Each entry will receive 1 point
Each 1st place will receive 5 points
Each 2nd place will receive 4 points
Each 3rd place will receive 3 points
Each Best of Show in Photography will receive 10 points
Each Educational Exhibit will receive 20 points
Awards will be as follows:
1st Place $50.00
2nd Place $30.00
3rd Place $20.00
