CLASS 1 - Corn

AWARDS: 1st - $5.00; 2nd - $4.50; 3rd - $3.00; 4th - $2.00

All entries in this class must be produced from certified or hybrid seed during the current year.

Lot 1 - White Corn, 5 ears

Lot 2 - Yellow Corn, 5 ears

Lot 3 - 3 stalks Yellow Corn

Lot 4 - 3 stalks White Corn

 

CLASS 2 - Small Grain

AWARDS: 1st - $2.00; 2nd - $1.50; 3rd - $1.25; 4th - $1.00

All entries to be shown in half gallon lots. Containers to be furnished by the Fair.

Lot 1 - Wheat

Lot 2 - Rye

 

CLASS 3 - Hay

AWARDS: 1st - $5.00; 2nd - $4.50; 3rd - $3.00; 4th - $2.00

Entries must be shown in approximately one-fourth bale.

Lot 1 - Alfalfa

Lot 2 - Lespedeza

Lot 3 - Oat

Lot 4 - Mixed Grass & Clover

Lot 5 - Timothy Grass

Lot 6 - Orchard Grass

Lot 7 - Broom Corn, 3 stalks

Lot 8 - Other Legume Hay

 

CLASS 4 - Tobacco

AWARDS: 1st - $5.00; 2nd - $4.50; 3rd - $3.00; 4th - $2.00

Entries will consist of any variety. Cured exhibits may be from tobacco grown in the current or previous year. Entries in Lots 1, 2, and 3 will consist of one (1) stick having three (3) stalks. Judged on size, quality, and soundness.

CLASS 5 - Miscellaneous
