Pastries may ONLY be entered on Saturday, August 5th from 1:00-4:30 p.m.
Recipe on 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 card, typed or legibly handwritten, MUST accompany each entry, in bag. All entries must be on white plate and in a zip-top bag. Entries without recipe or not on a white plate and in zip-top bag WILL NOT be judged. Pies must be in aluminum pie plate.
The person in whose name it is entered must make products in 2017. All entries should be made from scratch.
All entries, except for 1 slice, which do not receive a prize, may be removed from the department on Monday, August 8th from 10am until 1pm.

All premium checks void after sixty (60) days.
